Are you feeling lost, disconnected, or like you don’t quite fit in? You might wonder why relationships feel difficult or why you often feel isolated, even when surrounded by others. Perhaps you’ve been searching for a sense of belonging or feel uncertain about your path forward.
These feelings of disconnection and uncertainty can be especially challenging during major life transitions. Whether you’re adjusting to a new culture, navigating life away from familiar support systems, or are grappling with societal expectations while figuring out who you are, it’s common to feel misunderstood or out of place. As a French immigrant myself, I understand the complexities of adjusting to a new culture and environment. You do not need to face these challenges alone. Together, we’ll work on building your self-confidence, while also finding ways to foster meaningful relationships and a deeper sense of belonging.
In our work, I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your feelings without judgment. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself and the people around you. Whether you’re struggling with feeling misunderstood, isolated, or unsure of your place in the world, I’m here to help you process those feelings and discover new ways of connecting with yourself and others.
My experience includes working with teens, young adults, immigrants, queer individuals, and those who have experienced psychosis. Through my work, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the many forms disconnection can take, whether it’s feeling alienated in a new culture, navigating identity, or experiencing shifts in reality. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy, helping me provide support to those who feel cut off from others or from their own sense of self.
I also offer sessions in French.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward connection and wholeness.
